SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

 RETURNS

We happily accept returns if you are not happy with your order. We also offer the option to exchange any item(s) in your mystery boxes that you are not happy with. To avoid this if there are any teams, brands or items that you do not want to receive then please leave a note on the purchase.

How do I Check the Status of my Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cspeakeevintage@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into this for you.

Yes we do! We ship worldwide. The price varies between £15-£20 depending on the country. Shipping times also vary from country to country.

Can I request to not receive certain teams?

Yes of course. There would be nothing worse than receiving a team from your arch rival! Leave in the text box at checkout stating which teams/ leagues you want us to avoid.
